Erste Resultate // the first results

Nach unseren erfolgreichen Interviews per Telefon und WebCam haben wir nun die erste positive Nachricht bekommen. Wir haben ein Angebot für ein Hotel in Chicago bekommen. Allerdings heisst das leider noch nicht viel. Nächste Woche haben wir erstmal ein Interview mit dem Hotel direkt. Dann werden wir den Inhalt des Trainings erfahren und die Stationen im Hotel, welche wir durchlaufen werden. Wir werden dann sehen,ob es und zusagt. Natürlich hat das Hotel auch eine Wörtchen mit zu reden ob sie und denn haben wollen. Aber wenn wir viel Glück haben, ist das der zweite Schritt in Richtung “american way of life”. After passing the phone interview and with many thanks to the modern technologoy, the interview by webcam, we received the first resul for our VISA-Application. HRC has send us an offer for a hotel in Chicago. Indeed it is not the final result. But we already scheduled an interview with the hotel next week. Among others, they will inform us about the contents of the training and the departments we need to pass through. Due to this statements we will decide, whether this offer is matching our expectations or not. Certainly, the hotel will make a desicion as well.
